CENTRAL OAHU

Between the Waianae Mountains and Ko’olau Range, you will find a fertile central valley and a little peek into Oahu’s history. During your travel between Honolulu and the North Shore, you will also experience the vast sights of Hawaii’s sugar cane fields and historic pineapple plantations– Not to mention the Leilehua Plateau in Wahiawa and the many residential areas.

Also located there is Dole Plantation, which is in the Guinness Book of World Records for its amazing shrub maze! If you are a football fan, you must also check out Hawaii’s very own Aloha Stadium which is the home of University of Hawaii football games, and the nationally known NFL Pro Bowl!

If you thought those attractions sounded good, the biggest and most important highlight of Central Oahu is the world famous Pearl Harbor. This is home to The Pacific Historic Parks, the USS Battleship Missouri Memorial, USS Bowfin Submarine Museum & Park, and the Pacific Aviation Museum. It is the largest natural harbor in Hawaii and a great place for families and visitors to study a piece of history that changed the world during World War II.
